The Dining Room
The Dining Room offers an atmosphere of quiet luxury, elegant service and the finest French contemporary cuisine. The wine list, which has won the Grand Award by Wine Spectator since 1982, offers a large selection with a particular emphasis on Bordeaux, Burgundy and California boutique wines. The Dining Room is an elegant alternative for hosting private breakfasts and lunches.

Chef Sarah Stegner offers a personalised eight-course tasting menu, a five-course Degustation menu and a five-course vegetarian Deputation menu.

Our Premier Rooms are Chicago's most luxurious accommodations. They offer a premium north- or south-facing view of the city from the 30th floor.
