Equipment:

A limited line of audiovisual equipment is available in the hotel. Equipment such as computers or sound systems may be ordered through the Sales & Catering Office. A (48) hour advance notice is required for all audiovisual requests, changes and cancellations. Any requests within (48) hours are based on availability and subject to an additional 15% surcharge.

All equipment prices are per room, per day. Prices are based on availability and are subject to change without notice. An additional 6% city transaction tax applies to all the above equipment rental pricing.
